ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, dated 12.04.2018 filed against the order passed by the second respondent, dated 09.01.2018 within a time frame.
2.The petitioner has contended that inspite of the appeal being filed as early as on 12.04.2018 as against the order passed by the second respondent, dated 09.01.2018, the first respondent has not disposed of the same yet.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the appeal is pending for a long time, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice.

directed to dispose of the appeal within a time frame in accordance with law.
5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, we direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner dated 12.04.2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
