This Writ Petition has been filed by N.Padmanaban seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to regularize his service with effect from the date of initial appointment, by considering his representation dated 01.09.2015. 2.

Mr.M.Rajarajan, learned standing counsel takes notice for the respondent.

Considering the limited scope of prayer, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
