This petition is filed seeking quashment of First Information Report pertaining to the case in Crime No.2 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioners. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Virudhunagar, and the same was taken on cognizance in C.C.No.261 of 2019. Hence, this petition has become infructuous.
