PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2018 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.05.2018 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 30.05.2018 has been registered in Crime No.287 of 2018 on 19.06.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506 (i) IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
