ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.185/2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is completed and final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate 3, Trichy and it was taken on file in CC.No.12 of 2021. The next date of hearing is 22.12.2021.

4. Whether there was an oral direction by this Court or not cannot be gone into at this stage. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate Court.
