Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner.

2. This Court indicated that since what is being challenged is only a show cause notice, the petitioner can as well avail his remedies before the respondents authority herself. The learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that the period set out in the show cause notice has already expired. 3. I am not going into the merits of the case. All the contentions available to the petitioners are left open. Granting such a liberty and extension of time set out in the impugned show cause notice, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
