When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 by referring the written instructions of the Tahsildar, Virudhunagar submitted that the petitioner's representation was duly considered and was rejected by order dated 05.08.2023. A copy of the order has also been furnished before this Court as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner.
