ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the first respondent to ensure the benefit of alighting and boarding to the travelling public by both modes of bus transport in Anna Bus Stand at Nagercoil based on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.03.2015, is directed to be disposed of by the first respondent within a stipulated time.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
