ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The case of the petitioner is that under the guise of enquiry, the third respondent went to the petitioner's house regularly to find out whereabouts of her son. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner does not know about the whereabouts of her son.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's son was involved in murder case, on that ground only, the respondent police went to the petitioner's house to enquire about whereabouts of her son.

4. What ever it may be, the petitioner's son involved in criminal case, on that ground, the police team went to the petitioner's house. Considering the above facts and the circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to share the information available with her with regard to her son with the third respondent police. If any necessity arise, the investigating officer shall send summon to her and under take proper proceedings. 2/4

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
