ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to withdraw the case in Cr.No.51/2019 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent and entrust the same to the 4th respondent for fair investigation and to file the final report within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6649 of 2019 report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tirupuvanam and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.77 of 2019 and now posted for appearance of accused on 29.12.2021. 3.Since the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance by the trial Court, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration and direction. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4.Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
