The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to disburse the pay pension salary arrears of Rs.20,000/- without insisting for 'Non Drawl Certificate' within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The petitioner has written a letter dated 25.09.2015 to the learned Government Advocate that the prayer is complied with by the respondent and that this writ petition has become infructuous.
