The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to disburse the pay pension salary arrears of Rs.20,000/- without insisting for 'Non Drawl Certificate' within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.The petitioner has written a letter dated 25.09.2015 to the learned Government Advocate that the prayer is complied with by the respondent and that this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, citing the letter dated 25.09.2015 of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent has addressed a letter dated 07.02.2017 to the learned Government Advocate.
