O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that so far the petitioner has not preferred any complaint before the first respondent police. Hence, in the said circumstances, in the absence of any petition / any complaint, the question of giving police protection does not arise. 3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.
