This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.3/2019 on the file of the first respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is completed and final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate 1, Thanjavur and it was taken on file in CC.No.25/2020. He further submitted that the petitioners have filed a subsequent petition challenging the final report.
