PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner as well as to the petitioner's property in Re-Sy.No.292/4-c of Midalam 'A' village, Killiyoor Taluk, Kanyakumari District on the basis of the petitioner's representation,, dated 02.04.2022 and 11.04.2022. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner as well as to the petitioner's property in Re-Sy.No.292/4-c of Midalam 'A' village, Killiyoor Taluk, Kanyakumari District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2022 and 11.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that with regard to this plaint schedule properties, the petitioner has obtained a decree in O.S.No.7 of 2014 before the Civil Court. When the petitioner attempted to construct the house in the property, the respondents 3 and 4 are giving trouble. Hence, the petitioner has sent representations, dated 02.04.2022 and 11.04.2022 for giving police protection.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the representations received from the complainant by the police and they are ready to consider the same.

4. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 02.04.2022 and 11.04.2022 and take suitable action in this matter, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
