(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 17.11.2022 passed in W.P(MD)No.1989 of 2022.

2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 18.03.2024, Mr.R.R.Viswanathan, Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivakasi/the second respondent is present before this Court today. 2/5

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents produced the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sathoor in Na.Ka.No.A5/2140/2023, dated 25.03.2024, stating that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sathoor has withdrawn the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A6/8477/2021, dated 14.02.2023 and the Tahsildar, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District has also passed the order, 02.03.2023, which is the subject matter in W.P(MD)No.6060 of 2023. 4.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
