DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.

R.POORNIMA , J.

There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner herein/appellant is the petitioner in the writ proceedings, seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the orders passed by the Disciplinary Authority and the Appellate Authority reviewing her service. The Learned Single Judge, upon considering the facts, dismissed the writ petition by assigning reasons in the dismissal order dated 10.03.2022. Aggrieved by the same, this appeal has been filed with an inordinate delay of 1059 days. The

reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition do not sufficiently justify the delay.

3. For all the reasons stated above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Writ Appeal is also rejected at SR stage. No costs.
