This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner to expedite the investigation and to file the final report in connection with Crime No.292 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.292 of 2013 has been completed and final report has been filed for the offences under Sections 363, 342 and 506(i) I.P.C. as against the accused viz., Pitchai and Kalaiarasi, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai and a copy of the final report has also been served on the learned Counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

4. Under such circumstances nothing survives in this
Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
