This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to comply with the order in Crl.M.P.No.5276 of 2023, dated 08.09.2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel and to register the First Information Report on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 11.07.2023. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, the third respondent police have registered the FIR in Crime No.83 of 2023 against the respondents 1 and 2 for the offences under Sections 420, 468, 294(b) and 506(1) of IPC.
