ORDER

(through video conference) Mr. N.Dilip Kumar, Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents has brought to notice that after the filing of this Writ Petition on 30.04.2021, the representation made by each of the Petitioners claiming the relief sought in this Writ Petition has been rejected by separate orders dated 06.05.2021 passed by the Competent Authority of the Respondent and he has filed a typed-set containing copies of the same.

In such circumstances, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the said orders of rejection before the proper Forum and seek other consequential reliefs. He has also filed a memo to that effect, which has been placed on record.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting with liberty. No costs.
