The petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of 2nd grade warden by giving preference as per order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15477/2012. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2014, and to pass order on merits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Having regard to the limited prayer now sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass

the following direction without expressing any opining on the merits of petitioner's case :- 4.The respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.09.2014, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
