PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, directing the second respondent to further investigate the case in Crime No. 130 of 2022 and convert the offence 306 IPC registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. on the basis of the representation dated. 28.03.2022.

O RDER This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.130 of 2022 and further to convert the offence into Section 306 IPC which was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. on the basis of his representation dated 28.03.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the investigation has been conducted by the respondent Police in Crime No.130 of 2022 and on completion of investigation, a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri and the same has been referred as "action dropped". He would further submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 07.02.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TSG 2/4
