PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the HMOP No. 392 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the HMOP No. 392 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.

2. The petitioner, husband filed HMOP.No.392 of 2015 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruchirappalli, for divorce. According to the petitioner, the petitioner and the respondent got married on 22.01.2015 and due to some misunderstanding, the petitioner has filed HMOP.No.392 of 2015 for dissolution of marriage, under Section 13(1)(iii) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

3. The respondent did not file counter statement and cooperate for conducting trial and the HMOP is being adjourned frequently. 4.In the circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present revision.

5. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

6. Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli is directed to dispose of HMOP No. 392 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 30th April 2017. No costs.
