This Revision Petition is filed to expedite the trial in O.S.No.72 of 2012, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Padmanabhapuram. The reason for adjournment as reflected in "B" diary extract indicates that there is no undue delay in the progress of the trial.

2.In fact, due to death of the plaintiff, I.A.No.514 of 2016 has been filed on 17.09.2016 and the same was allowed and now the matter is posted for carrying out amendment as a last chance.
