ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.10.2021 from the file of the second respondent to some other agencies for other reliefs within the time stipulation prescribed by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry in CSR No.286 of 2021 was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the issue within the department, therefore, the parties are directed to workout their remedy through the appropriate proceedings. The enquiry was also closed on 26.11.2022. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that so far closure report was not served to him.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
