ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is sole accused in S.C.No.129 of 2014 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram. 2.It is seen that on account of his absence, non bailable warrant came to be issued. Even though relief was granted to the petitioner on the earlier occasion on account of wrong typing of the Court order, the petitioner could not surrender before the Trail Court. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks grant of one more opportunity.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further undertakes on instructions that the petitioner would appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail. If he fails to appear before the Court below for future hearings, he is entitled to file appropriate petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C. Even if on one hearing, he is absent and no application is filed for condoning his absence, this order granting anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled.
4.Recording the said undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramanathapuram on or before 30.07.2018 and apply for recall of warrant.
