Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to remove the illegal encroachments made by the 4th respondent in Samaspiran Street Trichy of an extent of 30 feet belonging to the municipal Corporation within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
