ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to C.C.No.18 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti, Madurai District and quash the same, as far as the petitioner/A.3 is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner/A.3 was reported dead and that the case in C.C.NO.18 of 2019 is posted for production of death certificate of the petitioner/A.3 and therefore, since the petitioner/A.3 had already died, nothing survives for further adjudication or for any direction in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
