ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide necessary protection for life and limbs of the petitioner based on the representation dated 07.03.2022 sent by the petitioner.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that Arulmighu Veerapandi Ayyanar Temple is the family deity of the petitioner which is 100 years old and it is in the dilapidated condition. Therefore the petitioner intended to re-construct the temple. While being so, the third parties are objecting the same and they are claiming right over the temple, therefore the petitioner has lodged complaint to provide police protection to construct the temple. When there is a dispute in respect of right over the temple, the police protection sought for cannot be considered.
