Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to quash CC.No.265/2014 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu against the petitioners.

ORDER

The petition is filed seeking quashment of CC.No.265/2014 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that alteration report has been filed by the first respondent Police before the concerned Court stating that this petitioner was not involved in the occurrence and therefore, the name of this petitioner has been deleted at the time of filing Charge Sheet. A copy of the alteration report is also produced before this Court.
