The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is the wife of the fourth respondent. She has lodged a complaint as against the fourth respondent before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Usilampatti, Madurai / third respondent. Pending enquiry, the fourth respondent has lodged a complaint before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Theni / second respondent. The second respondent has called this petitioner for enquiry and therefore, this petitioner has filed this petition. He further submits that on knowing that the petitioner / wife has already lodged a complaint before the third respondent, the second respondent has referred this paper to the file of the third respondent.
