Defacto Complainant Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.105/2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Palayamkottai Police Station, Tirunelveli City and quash the same against the petitioner.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.105 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is completed and final report is also filed before the II Additional District Court, Tirunelveli and it was taken on file in CC.No.87/2019. Now, the case has been posted to 06.12.2021 for appearance of the accused.

4. Since final report has been filed and it was also taken cognizance by the Trial Court, nothing survives for further consideration in this case and hence, this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
