ORDER

The petitioner/S.Seetharaman, who suffered with the final order dated 02.04.2013 for recovery of Rs.31,661/- on the ground of revenue loss, has filed an appeal before the first respondent, the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Kilpauk, Chennai, on 27.04.2013. Till date, the said appeal has not been disposed of. Therefore, he sought for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the Appeal dated 27.4.2013 within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.

Considering the limited scope of prayer, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 27.04.2013 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
