ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents and their officials not to interfere on the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed. Therefore, there is no opportunity for the respondents to harass the petitioner.
