ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to check the operation of illegal stockyard in Thiruvengimalai, Mullippadi Village, Thottiyam Taluk at once for the welfare of cultivating lands, general public, livestock. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The representation states that the stockyard should be regulated as is causing hindrance to the public who are using road. It is not clear as to what is the nature of stockyard (sand). Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted as such. In any event, the representation has been given to all the authorities including the District Collector. It is for the authority concerned to deal with the matter in accordance with law.
