ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.72/2021, on the file of the first respondent police, S.S.Colony Police Station, Madurai District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police had conducted enquiry, after completion of enquiry, the respondent police had filed final report and the same had been taken cognizance in C.C.No.365/2021 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

3.Recording the same, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
