ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein dated 04.1.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate cor the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner had given a complaint dated 10.06.2015 in respect of the same cause of action, for which, petition enquiry is conducted in CSR No.240/2015 and the same has been closed on 11.06.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner gave a fresh complaint for the same cause of action on 04.01.2016, in respect of which, a fresh enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 14.01.2016. A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
