ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is figuring as first accused in Crime No.397 of 2018, registered on the file of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(B), 406, 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.It is seen that the investigation has already been stayed in a quash petition filed at the instance of the co-accused. Therefore, as of now there can be no apprehension any arrest. Based on the outcome of the quash proceedings. The petitioner can file a fresh petition, if need be.
