ORDER
Seeking transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 21.06.2022 from the file of the 3rd respondent to some other agencies based on her representation, dated 18.03.2023 within the period as stipulated by this Court, this petition has been filed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that making some allegations against the siblings of her husband, the petitioner has filed a complaint before the respondent police. It was forwarded to the third respondent for investigation. On summon she appeared before the third respondent on 29.06.2022. But, the enquiry was not done in proper manner. Hence, seeking transfer of investigation, she has given a representation on 18.03.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, the present criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, the matter was enquired in C.No.1059/PG/Camp/2022. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the property in dispute was owned by the father-in-law of the petitioner. Her husband died. Claiming share in the property she made a complaint. Finding that it is a civil dispute between the parties, they were directed to resolve the same through civil process. With the above said advise, the above said complaint was closed on 02.06.2023. 4.Since the complaint itself has been closed, let the petitioner workout her remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. I find no merits in this petition. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
