O R D E R

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the 4th respondent in Crime No.26 of 2016 to some other investigating officer under the supervision of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.26 of 2016 has been completed and the case has been closed as mistake of fact.

RCS notice has been affixed on the door of the defacto complainant in the presence of the Village Administrative Officer.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
