PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned trial court to dispose the Calendar Case in C.C.No.15 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Madurai within a time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the trial court to dispose the Calendar Case in C.C.No.15 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Madurai within a time prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

4. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to dispose the case pending in CC No. 15 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
