Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to issue a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No. 531 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police, within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.531 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, based on his complaint, a case in Crime No.531 of 2024 has been registered for the offences under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed the final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.
3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that now the case is pending for the receipt of Call Detail Record (CDR) particulars and they will complete the investigation and file the final report within one month.
4. The prayer of the petitioner is to file the final report and since the CDR particulars are yet to be received by the respondent police and accepting the same, one month time is granted to file the final report. In 2/4
