Respondents Prayer: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 2nd respondent herein made in his proceedings in Se.Mu.Ka.N.A.Ni.1/15612/08 dated 12.06.2009 and the consequential recovery order in A.Ni.1/12525/2012 dated 13.12.2013 and quash the same in the light of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.1484 of 2006 dated 12.07.2011 and consequently direct the respondents to fix scale of pay of the petitioner by applying G.O.Ms.No.321, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 2nd July 1998 from the date of his appointment and disburse the calculated arrears of difference of pay within a stipulated time limit as may be fixed by this Court.
