PRAYER:
Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd and 4th respondents to issue loan sanction order to the petitioner's Hollow Blocks Super, under the Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) as recommended by the 2nd respondent letter dated 12.09.2014.

2. After issuance of notice in these writ petitions, today the matters are taken for further hearing.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, based on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's applications were rejected by the bank on 05.12.2016 itself by passing separate orders.
4. When that being the factual position, the petitioners cannot maintain the present writ petitions that too for seeking mandamus without challenging the above said order dated 05.12.2016. Therefore, these writ petitions are disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the above said order passed by the respondent bank in the manner known to law. No costs.
