O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the oral summon and also not to threaten them to foist false cases.

2. The case of the petitioner is that based on the false complaint given by one Kousalya, the first and second respondents are continuously harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no complaint has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7839 of 2021 pending against the petitioner. Therefore, the question of harassment does not arise at all.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
