ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of 1/4
enquiry without due process of law,on basis of the petitioners complaint dated 22.03.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they have not harassed the petitioner and not even called the petitioner for enquiry. However, the petitioner has so many previous cases and only on the assumption, he has filed this petition without any harassment made by the respondents.
