ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026. By the said representation, the petitioner has requested the respondent Municipality to grant permission to demolish a commercial building, which is stated to be in a dilapidated condition and unfit for human habitation.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said representation has not been considered.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Municipality submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered in accordance with law within the time to be stipulated by this Court. 4.The said submission is placed on record. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2026, on its own merits and in 2/4
accordance with law, and to pass appropriate orders within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
