Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal with respect to survey S.No.356/2 at Thalappatty Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District, filed by petitioner dated 12.12.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.
ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal with respect to survey S.No.356/2 at Thalappatty Village, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District, filed by petitioner dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
12.12.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner has had filed the appeal as early as 12.12.2023. The same is kept pending for the past three years. Hence, the present writ petition. 3.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal by issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, conduct an enquiry, provide personal hearing to the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
