ORDER

This revision petition is filed to expedite the disposal of O.S.No.210 of 2015 on the file of the learned I-Additional District Munsif Judge, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the revision petitioners submits that the suit has been filed in the year 2015 and the same has not been disposed of by the Court inspite of the fact that the matter being posted for trial.

4. Perusal of 'B' Diary extract reveals the fact that I.A.No.135 of 2017 has been filed in O.S.No.210 of 2015 and due to the repeated interlocutory applications filed by the parties in the suit, the Trial court is not able to proceed with the final disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is unable to accept the prayer of the revision petitioner at this juncture. Hence this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No Costs.
