O R D E R

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus to dispose of his representation dated 03.09.2024, to include his name in the joint patta and issue fresh patta. The petitioner bases his claim on the petitioner's exchange deed dated 08.08.2011. However, learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has not made an online application, which is mandatory today.

3.However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make online application in the name of himself and his sisters within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such application being made and requisite charges being paid, the respondent shall proceed to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's application dated 03.09.2024 and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight [8] weeks, thereafter. 2/5

4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to cost.
