ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition, seeking for a direction to the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner and the revenue officials for taking physical possession of the secured asset as per the representation dated 01.09.2015. 2.It is seen from the proceedings of the District Collector, dated 19.02.2010 that he has requested the Commissioner of Police, Madurai to provide adequate police protection to the revenue and bank officials at the time of taking over possession of the secured assets. 3.In view of the above, we expect the authorities to act in accordance with law.

4.The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(Writs) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To The Commissioner of Police, Madurai.
